Michael grew up in Conshohocken, PA and was raised by his grandparents who taught him that grit and resilience were two important characteristics of leaders.
He played basketball at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School where he was a 1997 State Champion and 1998 District 1 Champion. Michael was coached by PA hall of fame coach, Jim Donofrio, who was instrumental in his life on a basketball and life skills level.
He graduated from West Chester with a BS is Accounting and Criminal Justice. He then went on to attend Widener Law School, where he was the 2008 Moot Court Champion.
He is an attorney, CPA, and Certified Financial Planner. He has grow multiple small businesses throughout his 20+ year career.
He lives in Kimberton, PA with his wife, Sammi, and twin daughters, Catie and Tessa
In addition to coaching on the Rebels, he coaches AAU basketball for Moore Brothers Elite in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
He is excited to help continue to ingrain a culture of high character and mental toughness
in this program. He wants to provide insight to the athletes for how this great game can teach many lessons needed in the workforce and to be successful in life.
